Box Lunch – A variety of lunchtime workouts for the busy professional, following this simple lunchtime workout plan you'll be able to maintain a healthy body
and still have time to do the things you enjoy before and after work. The best part is since the routine isn't too demanding, perspiration will be minimal, this workout routine is not intended for advanced trainers seeking
muscle growth. It is designed to maintain a healthy and good-looking physique. Make sure you eat a healthy snack at least 60 minutes before your lunch break (training session), and eat your full meal right after your
workout. Running Time 30-45mins
Boxing Basics – Concentrating on the Basics of boxing, this one is great for the first time boxers. Concentrating on your stance, footwork, guard and punching
basics. Starting with a warm up and transitioning into a light mix of exercises for the total body. Running Time 50-60mins
10 Count– 4 Circuits, focused on building your fitness levels. Set up to ease you in at your own pace, this class focuses more on the basis of boxing. Footwork and stance, motions and movements, and the proper execution of the punches, will be reviewed each and every time. Questions are encouraged and all are welcome. Running Time 90mins
S.A.S. Class –Agility Strength & Speed are circuits built on your progression through strength, agility and speed circuits. You go at your own pace and we will build on your strengths while strengthening your weaknesses. We will work on your footwork, lateral motion, and defensive posturing gradually working our way into the ring. Running Time 60-90mins

Crossover –After working through all the conditioning circuits in S.A.S this crossover is designed for those with complete medicals that wish to participate in extra boxing and sparring rounds. Also early entry into the following class that picks up between 7:30-8pm. Running Time 60-90mins
B.A.D. Boxing After Dark– The last training session of the day, boxing after dark gives you the opportunity to show what you’ve been training for, fall into your comfort zone and take it to next level. This class gives a few rounds dedicated to letting you mix it up and move around, what good are all those combination drills if you don’t get to have some fun with it. Running Time 60-90mins
Showtime –Is an Advance class that pushes your limits, recommended for those who desire a longer training session and the skills to take advantage of the
extra time. Double the rounds explosive routines and advanced combinations are a few of the things to look forward to in this 2/hr session. Running Time 120mins
